The Philip project consisted of two new truck receiving pits with a 20,000 BPH capacity each and two overhead 4,000-bushel load-out tanks. A new leg tower was constructed with a 40,000 BPH capacity shipping leg and 20,000 BPH receiving leg. Inside of the leg tower, an 8 port 20” rotary distributor was included. The new storage bins included two new 78' diameter grain bins with total capacity of 400,000 bushels each. The addition of a 60,000 BPH rail loadout bulkweigher was fed by a 60,000 BPH belt conveyor. This project was unique because the bulkweigher feeding the train tracks was located 280' away from all other new items, thus creating some challenges with a very long catwalk and many support towers.
