The Drayton project included a 240' x 450' flat building storage, with a capacity of approximately 3,000,000 bushels. The flat building storage included a flush floor aeration system and a center reclaim tunnel with a 50,000 BPH belt conveyor. The building’s Straight-Line open style belt fill conveyor has a capacity of 40,000 BPH and is fed by dual receiving legs rated at 25,000 bushels each. The additional installation of three 36' diameter 44,000-bushel wet storage hopper bins on the end of the building completed the storage. A massive super structure was manufactured and erected across three railroad lines. This structure was 60' wide and 30' tall holding an 80,000 BPH bulkweigher fed by a 60,000 BPH bucket elevator. This particular project was unique because of the 10,000 BPH MEGA dryer, which was manufactured in South America.
